Who Am I?
My name is Jerry Barnes. I am retired from a large government agency that has significant infrastructure responsibilities throughout the United States. At the time of my retirement, I was leading a workforce of 20,000 and managing an annual budget of about $2 billion.
Throughout my 37 year career, I voluntarily coached and mentored many fine people in the techniques I am offering through this website. Please see a sample of testimonials on this site.
I have trained an estimated 5,000 people in these techniques and personally conducted interviews and selections of an estimated 300-350 people. I estimate that I have personally reviewed well over 1,000 resumes during my career.
What are my values?
